Coming up this September 14, we will presenting the U.S. premiere of Neil Rolnick’s Economic Engine, a new musical and multimedia work for an octet of Chinese and Western instruments, video projections, and real time digital audio processing. Having just been premiered in Beijing, the piece was commissioned by China’s Electronic Music Center at the Central Conservatory of Music (CCOM). The Chinese instruments will be performed by the New York-based ensemble Music From China in collaboration with The Todd Reynolds String Quartet and composer Neil Rolnick. Video produced by Cindy Sio Ieng Ng, with images processed and performed by Adam Kendall. For tickets click here.
